How it works
Your try on appointment begins with a 1-1 consultation focused on understanding you.
We’ll start by learning what’s brought you here, what you’ve been drawn to, and the looks you’re considering. From there, we create your personalised profile, taking into account your preferences, lifestyle, and desired outcome.
You’ll then be guided through a tailored analysis of your features, including your face shape and undertones, to identify the colours, styles, lengths, and partings that complement you best.
From there, the experience becomes hands on. You’ll have the opportunity to try on up to 5 different GG wigs, allowing you to explore different colours, styles, and finishes in real time (while you’re welcome to try more, we always recommend selecting up to 5 options to keep your decision clear and intentional, rather than overwhelming).
Once you’ve confirmed your GG options, we’ll guide you through pricing based on your chosen specifications, and show you exactly what to select when adding your GG to cart during restock.
At the end of your visit, your booking fee will be credited towards your purchase via a personalised code for use at checkout during restock.

Booking policy
A £100 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your try on appointment.
This allows us to prepare your personalised experience and dedicate time to finding your perfect GG.
Should you go on to purchase your GG during the restock, 80% of your booking fee (£80) will be credited towards your order using a personalised code provided at the end of your visit.
Booking fees are non refundable and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation or non attendance.
Appointment Preparation
To ensure the best possible finish, please follow the preparation guidelines below before your appointment.
- Arrive with a clean forehead, free from makeup or skincare products, as residue can stain the lace. You may be asked to remove any product on arrival if necessary.
- Hair must be freshly washed and styled into 10 neat, flat all back cornrows. This creates the correct foundation for your GG and ensures a smooth, seamless result.
- If you are unable to prepare your hair in advance, please arrive with clean hair and click the “Add cornrows” checkbox after selecting a booking time ; An in house stylist will prepare your base for you on the day.
