How this experience works
Your showroom visit begins with a 1-1 consultation designed to understand you, not just your GG.
We’ll start by getting to know what’s brought you here, what you’ve been considering and what you naturally feel drawn to. From there, we build your personal profile, taking into account your lifestyle, preferences and desired look.
You’ll then be guided through a tailored analysis, looking at your face shape, undertones, and overall features to identify the colours, styles, and partings that complement you best. Once we’ve narrowed down your options , we’ll give you recommendations on GG’s suited to you. You’ll also be informed on pricing and any available discounts.
By the end of your visit, you’ll leave with a clear understanding of what GG’s work for you so you can shop confidently and secure the right GG on restock day!

Booking policy
A £50 non refundable booking fee is required to secure your showroom visit.
This fee reserves your dedicated time and personalised consultation.
Should you go on to purchase your GG during the restock, your £50 will be credited towards your order via a personalised code provided at the end of your visit.
Booking fees are non refundable and will be forfeited in the event of cancellation or non attendance.
